The role objective of a customer activation specialist is to effectively promote and sell products or services over the phone, generating revenue and achieving sales targets.   • Candidate should call existing buyers who have registered themselves on our platform.
  • Candidate should explain all the products and services offer by our Company to Buyers.
  • Candidate is required to convert registered buyers into active buyers.
  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills.
  • Candidate has to generate demand of products listed on our platform.

Must haves (Skills)

  • 2+ years experience in telesales and in outbound calling.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written.
  • Should be able to speak English, Hindi.
  • Excellent Convincing skills.
  • Must handled any CRM Tool previously.


  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
  • Additional languages may be advantageous in diverse markets.
